PARKING FORM

You can access the Google form on your cell phone or computer. If you do not have access to a device, you may use a computer on campus to complete and submit the parking registration and decal application.

Pay for the decal onlineyou can do so the first week of school.  Debit and Credit card purchases must be done by you online through your personal device.

Once the form is submitted and payment has been made, bring a copy of your receipt (picture on phone is sufficient) to pick up your parking decal in the 9th grade office.
