Back to School Orientation

Everything you need to do to ensure a succesful first day back to school.



You can locate your schedule for the 2020-2021 school year on your Gradebook account.  Take a picture of it or print a copy to have for your first day of school. Here are the directions for parents to access them inside parent portal: If you are looking at gradebook from a phone it is a little less intuitive where to see room numbers. You need to click on "My Information" and "Grade Summary." Here is a link to the school map to help you plan your day: There will also be teachers, administrators, student volunteers, and a table set up in the atrium to assist students on the first day. 

If you need to request a change to your schedule, click on this link to submit request to your counselor. Schedule changes should be requested prior to the first day of school. Students must follow their current schedule until any changes are made. 



Click the link to complete the online parking form.

You can access the Google form on your cell phone or computer. If you do not have access to a device, you may use a computer on campus to complete and submit the parking decal application.

Once the google form is submitted, you will need to pay for the decal online at  The fee this year is $55.00.   If you are paying with cash or check, you can do so the first week of school.  Debit and Credit card purchases must be done by you online through your personal device.

Once the form is submitted and payment has been made, bring a copy of your receipt (picture on phone is sufficient) to pick up your parking decal in the 9th grade office.



Due to distance requirements, there are a limited quantity of lockers available this year.

Reserve a locker by paying online at  Top lockers will be assigned as they are purchased. If you prefer a different location, you may exchange your locker for a bottom locker in the desired area once school begins. The locker fee is $10.00 for the 2020-2021 school year.  



This privilege is currently being extended to all Spruce Creek High School students who have a completed and approved permission form on file with the Student Activities office.  The administration at their discretion, reserves the right to rescind the leave for lunch opportunity at any time during the school year. The Permission form is located on the school website under the “Students” tab or click on the link below. print both pages and fill out completely before submitting.

 The form requires a notary for both the student and parent signatures. For your convenience, we have five notaries available to you in the main office.  Once the form is complete, drop it off to Mrs. Rocco in the Student Activities office for verification and approval. It may take up to 3 days for the verification process. Once approved, you will be issued a student ID with leave for lunch privileges.



Dues include your class T-shirt. All students must pay class dues. Pay online at

                         Seniors and Juniors- $10.00                Sophomores and Freshmen- $5.00



Most students will receive their 2020-2021 Spruce Creek ID on the first day of school.  Those who are not issued an ID should come to the Student Activities office before school, during lunch and after school, to have one made.  Students needing changes made to their ID will be able to have a new ID printed during the second week of classes.
