Split lunches and lack of office hours this year has made it more difficult for students to access math teachers and other traditional outlets for tutoring, so your peers in Mu Alpha Theta are stepping up to help. Below are the directions for MAO VIRTUAL tutoring. You can participate in a virtual homework hotline that will be available Mon-Thurs from 4-4:50 starting 10/12/20 or if you need more help than that, you can request a personal tutor. We are experimenting to see how this will work so ask kids to please be patient and not to get discouraged. No matter how many times we test it out we know there will be unforeseen problems. Tutors will be available Monday through Thursday for each subject area from 4pm-4:50. Students should follow the directions below to meet with a tutor in their subject area

Mu Alpha Theta has a list of tutors on standby for private tutoring. If you find yourself needing more help than the Tutoring Hotline can provide, you can commit to meeting with a tutor for FREE one-on-one instruction. Please complete this Microsoft Form and we will pass your info on to one of our tutors. You should receive feedback within 48 hours of submitting your request.
