Talk to Your Teacher First!
If you need help in any class, your first step is to talk to your teacher about tutoring options. Remember that we all have office hours for 15 minutes before lunch everyday except early release Wednesdays. You do not need an appointment to see any teacher during office hours, just go to their classroom. Some teachers have student tutors working in their rooms for specific subject areas during lunch. They can give you that information when you talk to them.
Private Tutoring Request Form
Mu Alpha Theta has a list of tutors on standby for private tutoring. If you find yourself needing more help than your teacher can provide, you can commit to meeting with a tutor for FREE one-on-one instruction. Please complete this Microsoft Form and we will pass your info on to one of our tutors. That tutoring will take place face to face in a classroom or the media center during lunch or virtually outside of school hours. You should receive feedback within 48 hours of submitting your request. If you do not, or you have questions, see Mrs. Deamer in G3 and she will reach out to the students running the peer tutoring program.
