Become an Approved Parent Volunteer!

If you want to volunteer for school events, chaperone field trips, or in any way work with students on campus, you must have an approved volunteer form on file. The Volunteer/Partnership Programs Department replaced the paper Volunteer Application with an online application through the Raptor System. The application in electronic form can be accessed from the Raptor Kiosk on campus in the main office or by using any type of computer from home or work. Online application instructions: ·

Step 1:

Visit the Volunteer & Partnership Program Department and/or school or district site of your choice and request that your identification, with photo, be scanned under the Visitor Module – an ID needs to be found in the Raptor Visitor Module before the online application can be submitted and the volunteer approval process can be completed. If you have had your ID scanned at any site in the district at any point since January 2016, you do not need to come to our campus to do this again.

Step 2:

Visit a Raptor Kiosk at any district site, click on the Application icon, complete the information, and submit the application. Or submit the application via this link: https://apps.raptorware.com/vsoft/kiosk/volunteerregistration?clientId=c556628d-1b14-4ef1-99a0-6fc318d172b1 VIPS staff will review the application and the volunteer will receive an email when the application has been approved (1-2 day process).·

Step 3:

Once you have received the confirmation email, you are an approved volunteer! Let your child's teachers, coaches, and club sponors know that you are an approved volunteer who is ready to help. There are fewer in-class volunteer opportunities at the high school level than there are at elementary and middle school, but that does not mean we don't need your help. Join the PAC email distribution list by emailing sprucecreekvolunteers@gmail.com to hear about school-wide opportunities to volunteer. If you have any questions, contact the main office or our volunteer coordinator!
