volunteersVolunteers (including field trip chaperones) must complete the volunteer application process and be cleared through Professional Standards prior to volunteering. This process is renewed every five years, although mentors are required to complete an application annually. If you are a new applicant or applying to a new school, contact the school for an application or download the form and instructions from the district’s website. The school’s volunteer coordinator will contact you if your volunteer clearance requires a five year renewal. Please allow three weeks to process your volunteer application.
