Anthony Campanella was born in Daytona Beach on July 26, 1984.  He is the son of Christine & the late Salvator Campanella. 

Anthony lettered in football all four years at Creek. 

He also played basketball, competed in track (100 meter, 200 meter, shot and high jump) and was on the State Champion weight lifting team.

He was a member of the National Honor Society. Graduated from Spruce Creek 2002.

Signed with Jacksonville University (Fla) a NCAA Division 1AA school.

2002:  Played in all ten games during his freshman year.
2003:
2004: Played in all ten games, including one start at tight end. He made 10 tackles on kick coverage.  Made the President's Honor Roll and Dean's List.

2005: Listed as #89, 6-1, 215 lbs. redshirt junior, tight end and long snapper. Played in all ten games and had 10 catches for 103 yds and 2 touchdowns.  Weight 225.  Was second team All Pioneer League and first team All Academic.
